The van we rented has seen some better days but over all it was an amazing experience and the van did what we needed it to do. The team in Christchurch were so helpful and it was an awesome experience from the moment we picked up the van to the moment we dropped off the van. Never had any problems and our trip over the South Island of NZ was absolutely breathtaking. We accidentally left our speaker in the van but luckily Chris was able to help very quickly and the whole process went very smoothly (Thanks Chris!!)

Pick up and drop off fast and easy. Staff was really nice both in Christchurch and Auckland. We got a Station Wagen and it was perfect for two people to live/sleep in - plenty of space and we didn’t have any issues with the car. Highly recommended
The campervan was not in the best of shapes, it clearly had see better days and many miles, but it was fully functional and worked like a charm. Special shout out to the staff though, in particular Marcel who was fantastic! Camping & trails app reco, advice, favourite spots… they made the trip way better than planned
We were travelling with the campervan for three weeks in mid-November. The handover went smoothly. Competent and friendly (Marcel). We had a few questions along the way. Communication with customer service was excellent: both by email and by phone. Unfortunately, the camping chairs we ordered were not usable. However, they were refunded without any fuss. The drop-off, again in Auckland, went without a hitch. Lay was very friendly and everything went quickly. We were travelling as a family with two children and had a wonderful time in New Zealand.

Rented Hi-5 for 15 days, we had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment we picked up the campervan, everything was seamless and hassle-free. The vehicle was in excellent condition, clean, and well-equipped, making our journey comfortable and enjoyable. We encountered no issues throughout our trip, thanks to the reliability of the vehicle and the exceptional customer service.
Amazing trip with my Chubby van! Perfect for two people. My sister and I took a 2.5 week trip and we absolutely loved it. The views are stunning and it so nice to be able to see it up close and personal right from the van. Thank you Travellers Autobarn!
We hired our first camper with Travellers Autobarn in Christchurch, New Zealand and we were delighted. Very good experience with Chris and all team members l. We will definitely use their campers again 😁
We loved our campervan. We had a kuga perfect for two people. Plenty of room for baggage, and tall enough to stand up in when cooking, very handy when the weather isn’t reliable. Gas lasted the entire month. It can get pretty cold, when we’re not charging up, as the heater only works when plugged in. But some good sleeping bags helps out. We were also in contact with the support center, they were so helpful and answered quickly. Lucky the problem resolved itself, but great to see how keen they were on helping. The employees was also great when picking up and dropping off the campervan. We had a great experience and can do nothing but recommend travellers Autobarn.
Had an amazing 2 weeks in our Kuga Campervan from Travellers Autobarn. She was perfect! Perfect size with the high roof and very spacious. Recommend getting the outdoor table and chairs too, to hang out with in the sun! We wish we could take our "Campy" home! Such an awesome way to see the country. Easy pick up and drop offs, Chris was very helpful, and all the staff is kind and happy to answer any questions we had.
